Nobody is entitled to a bonus. That is why they are called bonuses. If you have not been there to work, how do you think all of the other people there would feel if you got a bonus and they are the ones that have been busting there butts 5 days a week. Also, does your employer know that you are on-line asking questions about a bonus that you did not earn. Sorry to be harsh but that is the way that is in business.

Bonuses are usually performance-related. While you are entitled to remuneration, a bonus is discretionary and most employers would say you are not entitled to one as your absence from work means you have not been able to contribute to your employer's targets.
I work in a place where about 25% of people get £0 for bonus every year and that's after having put in a full year of hard graft.
Harsh but true, I'm afraid. I hope you are better now.
Sorry.

Get real!
You haven't been there...why on earth do you think you deserve a bonus?
Try being grateful that that you have a job and they haven't got rid of you due to extended absence.

if it was my company and I found out you got a bonus after being off sick I would be seriously pissed off. Bonuses are discretionary, I don't know how you'd have the nerve to query it.

bonus is for input to the company, you've done nothing so why should other people share a bonus with you.

it depends on your contract and how the bonus is paid. if it's on productivity and you have done well all year i don't think you should lose it all.
