What is the "Dave Commuta" get out of debt system? Is it worth the money that you pay him? Its king of puzzling that you would pay someone hundreds of dollars to get out of debt...kind of an oxymoron. Anyways, wondering if this is just a scam or not. Thanx, tj.

If you are really far in debt and cannot possibly EVER really payoff this debt and be prosperous, file Chapter 7 bancruptcy. It will only affect your credit for 3 years and you won't lose your house. This is why it is available. It will rid you of credit debt and give you a fresh start. I don't even recomment Consumer Credit Councelling. ait will still require you to pay MORE money out and paying them a fee will be less money you can pay on your real debt.

You are right. It doesn't make sense to pay someone HUNDREDS of dollars to get out of debt. If you really need to get yourself out of debt and further your life, contact Consumer Credit Counseling Services. They can help. I have worked with people who have used their services and they are very upfront and shoot straight with their clients. Not only that, but there are lenders out there that accept them on your credit report when you purchase a home later on.
