I think what you mean is; how should you name or label your resume on Hotjobs for example.

If that's case, you would need to make the headline so appealing that a hiring manager would want to click on your resume over the next guy in the list.

Make on-line resume headline 'clickable'.

I would just put three or four positive adjectives that describe you and would make the employer stop in their tracks when looking through the resumes. Example: Positive, Hardworking, Perfect Attendance, Fast Learner...you know things that stand out to employers. Just put yourself in their shoes...what if you were trying to hire someone...what would you look for?

Don't know what you meant by "resume headliner." Whatever you put in your resume should relate to your skills that are transferrable to the position you're applying for.

headliner?

Your resume should have your name and address at the top. It should then have a "career objective" and then the experiences and history of your career. Not sure what a "headliner" is or does.
