I am planing to do CFA as I want to change my career from IT (Database Administrator) to finance. I have an Electrical Engineering Degree. After researching a lot on internet , Ifound that I will persue CFA as my career. My brother says you can get a house with a very small down payment. I own the family home. Dad gave it to me before he died and I do not want to sell it. The family would be really upset. Its not worth much. Taxes says its worth about $65,000. I have invested a fortune here and now I need new siding and a roof, and some re-wiring. but think maybe I should just move to a more modern home.

I just received my bill. I made a big purchase just after the current bill cycle ended so I don't see that purchase on there. I would like to pay extra on this current bill so I'll be credited next month and I won't have to worry about the bill 30 days from now. Can I do that?

Ok, I'm here to vent! Chase charged me 40 bucks for a reversed payment! It's my 1st time to pay online and it all went bad. The reason is that I have a BOA account. I used all the 16 digits numbers found on my check card - just like the way I order online. How would I know? It didn't specify that numbers should be entered is my "real account" number not "all" the digits in my check card! Urrrggghhh! What should I enter? 16 digits or real account no? How would I know???!!! Online payment is doomed! I said I applied to get rewards, not to be ripped off! That pisses me off... to enter the 16 digits number found on the card or the real account no. But heck! everytime I order or buy something online, I only need the 16 digits! It's confusing!!!!

I bought a couple foreign film dvd's online from a company in Ca and wrote them about the dvd's being faulty and not playing
Whencontacted via e-mail they asked what kind of dvd players i have , trying to blame my players.
I e-mailed back all four of my dvd's could not be defective then they asked if I wanted them replaced and thath was the last I heard from them, they have ignored all other e-mails
I have no other way to contact them.
I was angry even prior to this because they took 2 months to deliver my order when they said it would take 10 days for delivery
I have ordered from them before with no problems so I was surprised by all this

and when calculate the requirment for both X&Y you find out that X need 2 from this service and Y need 4 from this service.

Well, today he called again, but instead of having the courtesty to leave a voicemail, i think he used the "page" function on my phone, because afterwards I got a strange text message with his number on it. I feel like that was very rude of him! First of all, I'd like to have the ability to know what he's calling about before I call him back, and secondly, my phone is NOT a pager, and I feel like he should know that. What should I do? Call him back, or wait til he can at least wise up and leave a message?

I work in a very small expensive retail store, there are currently 6 girls employed, my manager has decided to bump me up, more hours and a possible pay raise. But she said that she noticed Im too nice with the other girls and I let them take my sales...I do, cause I dont want to be mean, and the girls dont do it on purpose.
