That depends if you bought insurence on the item. If you did buy insurence then deffinetly you can get your money back. If not just keep e-mailing the individual a few times a week. If by three weeks they don't reply send one more e-mail notifying them that you are going to report them in a certain amount of time unless they reply. If they still don't, report them, and then it's all up to PayPal and Ebay to decide if you get a refund or not.

that stinks .. . . that's why I dont use Ebay any more. Same thing happened to me & it was a pain in the neck to get my cash back... I ended up getting 3/4 of the money back but never got the full amount.

This happened to me before!
Wait a total of 2 weeks, Then report it to PAYPAL. It depends on how much it cost but you should a portion of the money back.

the same thing happened to me, all you have to do is report to pay pal that you want a refund or whatever, and they will take care of it!

Check withb the shipper, if you know who it was supposed to be. Notify Ebay, they have resolution processes.
