I am planing to do CFA as I want to change my career from IT (Database Administrator) to finance. I have an Electrical Engineering Degree. After researching a lot on internet , Ifound that I will persue CFA as my career. I am looking for information to know that how is it for the new comers (having CSC and CFA part-1) to find work as what should they expect.

There is no such thing as "starting salary for CFA". The CFA Charter used to be awarded to people with at least three years of relevant work experience; recently, the requirement was increased to four years. So if you hold the CFA Charter, it by definition means you are not just starting out.
