I bought a couple foreign film dvd's online from a company in Ca and wrote them about the dvd's being faulty and not playing
Whencontacted via e-mail they asked what kind of dvd players i have , trying to blame my players.
I e-mailed back all four of my dvd's could not be defective then they asked if I wanted them replaced and thath was the last I heard from them, they have ignored all other e-mails
I have no other way to contact them.
I was angry even prior to this because they took 2 months to deliver my order when they said it would take 10 days for delivery
I have ordered from them before with no problems so I was surprised by all this

Contact the applicable Better Business Bureau branch & file a complaint (you can do this online). You could also contact the California attorney general's office, but I doubt they will do much.

the best way to get these guys in trouble is to report them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Just do a google search.

Explain to them whats going on and they'll take care of ya.

Don't email them, call them about it.
