I'd like to know, from someone who has taken it, what is the emphasis of the quantitative section of the LEVEL 1 CFA Exam. How many of the statistical equations did you memorize? I understand most of the concepts well, but their are so many equations!! I am specialy having trouble with the probability concept equations. TVM I can do in my sleep, and distributions I get.

Hello! I am interested in investment funds. If i want to open an investment funds (Futures investment funds), which papers are required? How would i ask my boss a second time to give me a raise? i have been at this company for a yr and 5 months. i honestly think i deserve a raise. when i was hired, i was promised a yr raise and benefits. i havent got either, the benefits do not really piss me off but i need that extra money!! can anyone give me any tips on how to ask sternly but not bossy on how to get a raise? thnx

My husband and I just found out that our refund check for $1800.00 was stole from our mail box(we think) and cashed. After a 6 week investigation it resulted in finding out it was cashed 2 weeks ago. The check was issued to us on May 5th,06. It was issued to both my husband and I so how the heck did someone pull this off? The IRS says it does happen but I know that in Arkansas that both parties have to be there with ID to cash the check and with that high of amount it should be impossible! Has anyone had this happen? How long did it take to get a new check? This sucks!

I have earned a coveted interview with a local bank next Wednesday. I was fired from my last job for nothing short of B.S.
