Visiting India in August and planning to use my credit card there. If I use my credit card, which is issued in USA, my bank is charging 3% transaction fee on all my overseas transactions. Is there any credit card which has no overseas transaction fee.

We are buying a home August 28 and are looking to get our loan commitment. We can do a thirty day lock on Monday but would like to get loan commitment today if possible(we are getting close on that deadline). My husband is worried that if we get commitment today we are stuck with whatever the rates are on Monday when we actually lock the rate. He was wondering if it is possible to do a thirty day lock today and have the loan for a few days before we actually buy the house. I don't think so. Any ideas?

Is there anyone who's familiar with commission/royalty program that pays the third party for introductions that lead to new customers.

If I were to receive 1% of the new sales as my commission/royalty, how do I know that I'm getting a full commission? Since I don't know the new sales amount. Thanks.

My husband and I are looking for a new credit card that offers good rewards. We currently have a Citibank Drivers Edge and they have dropped the rewards to only 1% on ALL purchases. The points can no longer be used on paying for vehicle services at the dealership, only if and when we buy a new or used Ford vehicle.

We use our credit card for all our prescription drugs and have a couple automatic payments set up to be charged on the card monthly. On occasion I use the card for groceries. Otherwise it is used for all online purchases.

Please - no lectures about credit cards. We only have one and pay it off monthly. There is no way I am paying that extra 20+%!

We have been losing lines at work and they aren't being replaced with any new work. Also, the owner is selling machines. Plus, we have no bennies anymore, and the owner isn't paying ins premiums. Has anyone been in a situation like this? Are our doors closing? The owner denies it.

Not to bash him, but I see him be nice to customers, but overly stringent on us. He gets critical repeatedly. I understand you do what you're supposed to do, but you have to be compassionate with your subordinates as well.
