Visiting India in August and planning to use my credit card there. If I use my credit card, which is issued in USA, my bank is charging 3% transaction fee on all my overseas transactions. Is there any credit card which has no overseas transaction fee.

There are no credit cards without this fee.

Remember, the 3% fee is disclosed upfront to you, therefore you feel the "pinch". When you walk into a "exchange" they charge you a similar fee, yet, they include this in the "exchange rate" and you never know.

So smile. Go on that vacation, and don't worry about the fee. This is the cost to "safely" conduct monetary transactions while in a country where you could lose more than 3% walking around with cash!

Not that I am aware of... Overseas transactions are costly to process. On top of that, there's currency exchange involved...
