I am a loan officer. Other than promoting myself, I would suggest looking around online. Some banks have different things to offer that might be useful (or not) depending on your situation. I would recommend using a loan officer (that you like and trust) to help you find what you are looking for.

Otherwise, if you already have an account established with a bank and have a standard credit situation (high median FICO score, low debt-income ratio, etc.) then they probably have some good programs, too, especially credit unions.

Good luck and best wishes.

Best way is to call a couple of title companies and ask them for a good broker. They see a lot come through the office and will steer you to someone who is fair.
