But what do I do when I pull suspense files?

I know its different for every company. But I can't remember what to do and everyday, I feel like a dork asking what to do and its the most simple thing. Do I file the suspenses or do I pull the files and give them to someone? Please help!

What is a suspense file? Never heard of it.
