If you were going to send a card to someone in China and you live in the US how many postage stamps would you need to send it?

If you want to send a postcard, it would be 75 cent.
If you want to send an envelope or a package, it depends on the weight. You can check it on the USPS Postage Rate Calculator.

ask the US Postal Service in person. Rather than putting a lot of stamps they can issue you one stamp for the total amount. Perhaps their website can guide you, and if you have a business and an account with them you can issue your postage right from their website thru your printer.
