I read that there is a World Bank out of Europe that controls the flow of real money and procedures to smaller national banks in the U.S. even small city banks and regional banks are controlled by the World Bank? They have the ultimate power for most countries banks. Is this true?

A constable keeps harassing me leaving letter and phone messages. On the letter his name on top and Harris County, precinct number and in the letter he states that I should pay this debt or the writ and seize will start on my property. Seems like he is trying to collect for the credit card co. I thought according to the law in Texas the debtor could not seize or garnish your wages in Texas. Please help.

I offer any customer that uses me as their Realtor to buy any property listed with any company, 50% of my commission as a buyers rebate. And I am good at what I do yet nobody seems to understand that by using me they are going to save thousands in closing cost. Does anyone have any idea as to why nobody seems to want to get half of my commission to apply to closing cost , when I provide the same service as any other Realtor in my area.

I'll be sitting in PA for a couple nights at a time. There are two dogs which must be let out 3-4 times a day, a dehumidifier which must be emptied, and I need to stay overnight. I was told to name a price, but I've never done this before so I don't know what is average.
