I've exhaused all my resources. Theyve taken up all the space in the living room, dining room, spare bedroom, and lately Ive been stuffing them in the kitchen closet and in the oven when not in use. I'm thinking of renting space at a self storage. Is this a costly alternative?

I have always considered myself a bull market investor. But this year the market has been down and hasn't shown alot of hope for sparking life anytime soon. So would it be a good move to invest in a bear market fund untill I notice the market is going back up? Or would it be better to just keep investing in the bull market fund sweat the loss and hope for gains in the future. And how do these funds make money when the market is going down? I know they primarily use short sales to make a profit, but I dont know much else.

I'm going to be interviewing for a CNA position. I tend to overdress for certain events, but don't want to underdress either. I remember at a "career fair" once to step up what you would be wearing to work. As a CNA I will be wearing scrubs. Should I wear scrubs just to play it safe. I don't know what to wear.

I am 16, and planning on going in real estate because it seems like hard work in that business pays off compared to other places and because I am very persuasive.
When I start my junior year at my high school.. I have about 2 free clases what do you think I should take that will help me with real estate?
I am going to go to "cal state san bernardino" after I graduate high school. So what clases do you guys suggest I should take there and what should I major in.. that will ultimately help me with my real estate journey.
Also someone suggested to me I should get insurance..220 license ,real estate, mortgage license? can someone explain to me what all that does?

I have reconstructed my website and new items are going up every day, sell alot of different kind of items on the website like Westner wear, dishes, kitchen ware, knves, birdhouses, dolls, lamps, cookware, and many more items. How do you know if it's a brilliant copy, or been copied like a copy machine or scaner, computer copied, etc ?
If it's a check,or money order someone sent, or asking to be sent. How can I find out if it's real, or, fake ?
Real experts on this please.
In this day and age, you can't be too careful..
I want to stay a head of the thugs, rip off geeks, scammers, if I can.
If you suspect a bad check ,or money order, if something seems weird about it, will the banks, companies, whom ever would be able to check it out tell me even if the check is not mine, if I am sending it out for someone ?
No amitures on this, experts, authorities only..
