To cut a long story short, basically i need your help here because i have realised that my debt from 4 years ago has made me change to the stage i dont even have any outlook any more. Its all my fault and i put my hands up to it you know. I was really stupid in first year.

I have ignored even a court thing about debt and just ignored other letter. I seem to consider these things as junk mail even know im actually very aware they are very very serious.

Is there a central location i can goto and just say to a judge "Excuse me, I know this is wrong but i refuse to allow it to mentally offend me any longer. Ill never ever pay any of my debt and the concequences of that i accept." and then just let "it" happen.

What can i do to just say this to everyone as a whole? How can i stop this thing? What started as 300 pounds over my limit 4 years ago is now 8+ grand and as a person, i refuse, id rather die just now than pay it so i have no idea what my options are.

That's what's keeping me depressed. It appears I may have lost all of my downpayment due to a market correction. I don't want to pay a mortgage anymore. I was close to being out of my mortgage payment before this market correction. Thanks for your advice.
