Hello Cristina, I think you might need to go to an English Embassy and apply in person - take your birth certificate and proof of your address as I would assume they would want to know you are who you say you are.

You probably can get a tourist visa if you can satisfy the consulate that you will be returning to Romania. Or if you can satisfy me that you are not intending to return to Romania after divorcing me getting 50% of my finances. Romania however will be joining EU soon and you wont require any visa.

apply for your visa at the British Embassy, provide relevant documentations are book your ticket. See you in London

I think most visitors arrive now in wooden crates in back of lorries but I don,t, know how much it costs,best of luck.
