To cut a long story short, basically i need your help here because i have realised that my debt from 4 years ago has made me change to the stage i dont even have any outlook any more. Its all my fault and i put my hands up to it you know. I was really stupid in first year.

I have ignored even a court thing about debt and just ignored other letter. I seem to consider these things as junk mail even know im actually very aware they are very very serious.

Is there a central location i can goto and just say to a judge "Excuse me, I know this is wrong but i refuse to allow it to mentally offend me any longer. Ill never ever pay any of my debt and the concequences of that i accept." and then just let "it" happen.

What can i do to just say this to everyone as a whole? How can i stop this thing? What started as 300 pounds over my limit 4 years ago is now 8+ grand and as a person, i refuse, id rather die just now than pay it so i have no idea what my options are.

Dude, your life will be expensive going forward if you don't deal with it. Unless you live on a strictly cash basis, anytime you borrow money it will cost you more. You won't be able to get a home loan (and forever be a tenant), and you may have to pay higher auto insurance prices. Some employers won't hire you.

So by being a screw up, you are harming your life.

It's time to be an adult and take care of this. You may be able to negotiate down the amount you owe, but as long as it sits there, it will just get bigger.

Its your debt. Own up to it and pay up. Its all a part of being in the system. If you want to/can afford to live out of the system, maybe you can try to avoid the law. But for how long. Wont you always be agonized about the law catching up with you. If it wasnt your fault in the first place, consult with the right lawyers and get out of it as fast as possible. You dont want to waste your life over something as small as debt. Theres so many people out there in real misery, look at whats happening in the middle east for instance. Take a stand and do the right thing!

Someday you will have to face it. I spent time in Jail for a stupid DWI, and thats a place you don't want to be. Trust me!
Just stand up and face your problems, they will get better.
Arrange a payment plan, and stick with it. I wish 8 grand was all I owed. I work two jobs, have a home loan, two auto loans, and a **** load of other depths, but I love life, and everything I have, and worked hard to get.

debt consolidation

getting out of debt is pretty easy with a debt consolidation plan
however it may get a bit tricky at times, I suggest you get as much information as possible online on this first,

a good place to start in my humble opinion is:
