Yes. A corporation is not a person and it was a bad court decision to legally regard corporations as persons. Current corporate law is just a handy means to allow individuals to escape personal responsibility for their actions.

No, absolutely not. This is the most litigious nation in the world. Without the protection that owning a corporation provides, very few people would invest or attempt to start a business. Yes there are people that take advantage of the corportation laws, or just plain Break Them. Watch the movie "Smartest Guys in the Room" for a great example. However, most of these are people whose corporation went from private to a publicly traded corporation, and thought that they could still pull finds from it like it was their own.
