Someone very dear to me is in Quixtar and we have been looking up information about the practices that many lines of sponsorship undertake. Many of which are misleading. Although we have found alot of information, nothing seems to be going wrong in the Montreal line of sponsoship.

I was wondering if anyone out there could tell me about this line (mostly about the Diamond's practices and deception).

My fiance and I have lived in this apartment since November and there is a new tennant up stairs who is constantly loud and throwing parties all the time for days straight. When I first asked her to quiet down she screamed at me. When I called the Landlord about this she then called the tenant who came downstairs with all of those people and screamed and harrassed me. And at this moment she is still being loud, rude, and inconciderate. What can we do about this? PLEASE HELP ME!!

I have just recieved my Paralegal certificate from an ABA approved school, I have my Bachelor's degree in Business. I have owned and worked in my own business for the past 25 years. Now I am looking for a total career change and REALLY need a job. If anyone has any true job leads please let me know. I want to stay in central Orange County California. I know I need training and I'm willing to start at a lower pay scale but I do need benefits. I'm very motivated to learn and would like to think I'm a quick study. I've posted my resume on craigslist and monster with no results. In fact I've had very little results to most of the ads that I have responded to. This is not a fake solicitation for help. Thanks for taking the time to read this and if you can help thanks for that!

Guess others have asked this in one form or another. Guess just wondering at what point really am I not employable. Out of work for nearly 4 yrs, before that a serious of 4-10 months job stints, 3 times dropped out of college, bad credit, defaulted loan, criminal record for bad check. Guess it could go on, but only have 1000 characters to type.

Tried contacts with family, friends, want ads, temp agencies, placement services, govt services. Add this to long mental health history, no focus, direction, goals in life (took tests to find something, no luck so far). I know faith is next part .. Considered spiritual, but not of any religion (only part about me i'm okay with) though that further isolates me, not to much no car or desire to ever drive. Think that's it. Can't tell if i'm looking for options, trying to get approval on how worthless i feel, or both. Guess just thinking i've tried all ideas and i'm out of them.

A tv satallite company took money from my checking account causing an overdraft. I have never had anything to do with this company. I don't know why they would bill me, except for stealing.... I wasn't even really billed, they just took it from my checking account. This can't be legal can it? I never gave them my checking account number, or debit card number, and even if I did I don't think they can just take money without notifying me, right? When I called they company they confirmed I have never had an account with them, yet my bank assures me that this company took the money. What can I do to fix this? To make both these companies see their ignorance and theiving ways. I don't have enough money to pay a lawyer to try and figure it out....

I have recently interviewed with a temp agency and I wasn't totally comfortably with how fast I was moved through their system. Anyone know if this is typical. Are they always in such a hurry to have you sign papers, take tests and in general "sign up"?

I found a house that I'm interested in buying and I would like to find out what similar houses in my neighborhood have sold for recently. Is there a website or some other way I could find out this information without hiring an appraiser? I haven't made an offer and would want to hire an appraiser everytime I find I house I'm interested in. Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I read that before you buy a house, you have to figure out if, in ten years, the neighborhood will be going down.
Well, what would be the signs that a neighborhood is going down? (or will go down).
I live in the United States.

I've read things about people marrying and they affect each others credit at that point. Of course, money isn't everything. But the whole issue reminds me of one guy in my neighborhood.

He said that whoever he married, he wanted to live in a huge country house, and it would be entirely in his name (and he had really bad credit...something to do with his school or car loans, or both). Plus, he wanted a huge family.

How is all that possible? And if he dated someone and became really serious, do you think things would work out? If whoever he met had pretty good credit, and they got married, should she just keep her finances separate...no joint accounts. Or just not let the relationship go as far as marriage, at least until he gets his credit back in good standing?

I am fresh outta college making 31k, my plan is to work at my job for a year and apply for a loan on a house...I moved home with my parents to save money to make a big downpayment on the house (roughly 20k, mabey less to hold for repair costs/fluxuations)...I have had a car since I was sixteen, worked many jobs through highschool/college (4 yrs as a flooring installer)...my question is, should I pay off my debt and keep my steady job while saving most of my paycheque (living at home, way cheaper then on my own during college) would the banks finance my mortgage so I can start repairs to sell it? if not, what else can I do to improve my odds? thanks

I m planning to buy some stocks in couple of months and constantly watchin tech companies like ebay, yahoo, google. I am more likely to invest in these tech companies because i m techie too so i have knowledge about what's going on in the company and market, though if someone has better idea or would share some knowledge that would be great for me to decide. Its like a second opinion that I need.
