If ya can't sell it to a collector, you're probably out of luck.

Most outgoing Euro currencies will still be physically convertible at special locations for a period of several years.

However considering this note is from LONG ago it's probably only got collector's value, since it's not really even Deutche Marks. Check at a local hopbby shop, you may be able to find a currency collector willing to pay you something for it. Or, try EBay... see if anything similar's ever been sold.
