Is it hard to get the costumor to buy the car. Do you guys or gals get like a certain percent of the cars price to your salary like if it was 50% and you sold a 100,000$ car and you then new you made 50,000$ for that sale how does the salary thing workout. Can you go right to selling the very expensive cars like BMW's and Mercedes's or do you have to start out with cheap honda's and ford's whats it like and you can buy a car from your own dealership right?

Hi,
Im new to banking.
I want to sign up for an online savings account and I saw they use ATMs to deposit.

IF I do this, is there any protection that my checks wont get lost?
How safe and reliable is this and how does it work exactly?

What are some options and/or resources out there? Although I have a savings account for my children, what more can I do to help them out in the long run? Nothing risky, I just want to be able to provide for them when the time comes.

My wife and I were supposed to close on a house a couple of days ago, but the title to house we were going to buy is meesed up. There is a dead uncle on the deed of the house we are buying. The house as only been in the family no outsider has owned it. The have 30 days to get it staightened out. The wife and I are going to wait the 30 days and walk if it is not settled. The Sellers realtor thinks it could take a couple of weeks to the 30 days ( Ithink he just wants his commission). I have been told it could take 6 months or longer. Any ideas. Thanks in advance.

Factors like very high over-head, red tapes(e.g permits and licenses, rules and regulations;etc), small market, very competitive. Not a place to do business but a good place to work.

Apparently this is so common that there are many complaint websites about all the evil manipulative ways they shuffle people's banking activity. It's even in the dictionary!!!

I recently fell victim to their scam of reversing credits than bouncing items that were already processed, complete and deducted from my balance, they even charged me 35$ on a 2.89 item and an atm transaction for $20 that proves what my balance was.

Instead they put through there fee before my completed transactions (they were completed (not pending) the day before they forced through the fee charge and bounced each legitmate transaction! I am so sick of talking to their reps that are looking to keep their ill gotten fees.

I am not depositing any more money with BA until they correct this and the fee that they shouldn't have charged me in the first place! Then I'm cutting them off for good. Oh to top it off they mess up peoples credit when you ask to close?!

I've been woefully unemployed for the past several months (yes, living with my folks) after getting terminated from my job for misconduct (I was under a lot of pressure and came off as rude to a few customers however, my boss wasn't mad at me tho).

I have a B.A. in history and I'm trying to decide what to do with grad school (either history or library science; I want to be a history lecturer at a community college but my career counselor advised me to research everything first).

Now, while I'm doing this, I need a job but I don't want to work in fast food (that was my last job). I need something that will pay for my medical insurance and I want to get a job without being overqualified (someone told me that "overqualified" is a stupid idea made up by HR depts. for job seekers with better qualifications than the interviewer; you're either qualified or not).

Right now, money is tight and I really need a job at the moment. Suggestions are welcome.
