I want to be a phsyciatrist but i also want to be a doctor which one?

A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who has specialized in psychiatry. Since you want to work with children, try being a pediatric psychiatrist.

You have to become an M.D. first before you can do the specialty of psychiatry. So you will be both by the time you get there. And hopefully you will have learned how to spell psychiatrist by that time.

You aren't fit to be a doctor if you think smoking is cool. You'd have a better future working for corporate criminals like Phillip Morris or Wal-Mart.

a doctor for kids is called a peditrician...if i were you ...be a phsyciatrist..at least you know the name for it

Since you can't spell psychiatrist, be a pediatrician, hehe. Just kidding. Actually, they are both medical docs, as even psychiatrists can prescribe meds.

what kind of doctor do you want to be? and depends what you enjoy. do you like getting into peoples minds? or do you like saving contributing to saving peoples lives( depending on what you choose)? research both and then decide. and also, psycatry is a form of M.D.

You can get your PhD in Psychology, but everybody I know who studies psychology is a nutcase. That's why I'd never go to a psychiatrist :)
