i've been delaying closing an unused bank account and i've been emptying it out. i have the account hooked up to the online service, PayPal. i was using paypal the other day to buy something and i didn't realize that my paypal account was using my bank account for its funds (i wanted it to use my new account). i got charged with an overcharge fee and it's been tacking on $6 a day for the past 4 days. my current balance is $-48 and i can't close the account without paying it off. what do i do!?!??

You are working with buyers who have made an offer on another agents listing. Offer was accepted, and you are scheduled to close in 2 weeks. Except when the buyers go by the house for another quick look at their new purchase, they notice that all of the beautiful coi (fish) have been removed from the pond in the back yard. The pond, inlcuding the fish happened to be a great selling point for the home. In this case would the fish be considered personal property or run with the land/home.

I am looking desperately for a customer service email position that requires no phone work at all assisting customers with products or services online. I tried applying with Aurolog, but they do not hire in my state. I live in the state of NJ. Can someone be kind enough to help me out please?

We went to see an apartment with a broker and liked it, we put an application in and later found out its a no fee building. They never mentioned this to us, do we still need to pay them a brokers fee?

My 71 year-old mother, who is a bit financially strapped, received information from her retirement association about Reverse Mortgages. The papers makes it read like for fees of roughly $300-ish, the bank will just give her whatever money she wants and she won't have to pay anything back until the sale of the house.... which for my family, will never happen.

It really sounds like free money... what are the catches??

I know I can go to the SBA. But would they consider helping me considering I've got not so good credit? I know the type of business I want to start and I know I would be excellent at it. I know how to succeed. I want to start an upscale romantic restaurant with international appeal. Its not "italian" or "french" or "latin". Its the best of the best. I have restaurant experience and know how to efficiently run one. Does anyone think I have a chance?
