My friend is remodeling his store by replacing the floor and opening a half wall. The garbage has been placed in heavy garbage bags and weight about 30-40lbs each. His friend said he would use them in his the back of his open pickup truck, and charge him $400.00. I said he is crazy and it should be no more than $100.00. What would be a good price to charge? I said I would use yahoo answers and see what they think! thanks

Ok now I know Im new to this and this is my first house but I feel it says sucker on my forhead. I am sitting at my computer with a loan that says 2/28 arm but it also says that at the end of thirty years I pay a balloon payment of $165,000. Now the houst that I am buying is only $230,000. So first question should I have the house paid for after thirty year. And second question is this house really worth 1,000,000. Is this all normal and Im just sweatting the normal stuff or am I really getting raked over the coals like I think I am. Granted my credit isnt great but that is what Im trying to work on. PLease anyone out there with a clue help me on this

i thought it would be really fun to be a jr high teacher. but my problem is they dont get paid near as much as id like. my teacher said the district starts at 28-29 thousand a year. and my dad was a teacher, but my mom was tellin me that the last week of the month they had very limited food. and id like to be a band teacher, but that is even worse. id have to have all instruments for my personal use, id have to learn how to play every instrument, and it would be a lot of work. but i really want to be a teacher and help the kids and stuff. what do you think? is there areas that pay more, or is there another career that would pay more but i could still do somethin similar, or should i just stick with teaching? thanks!

I really want a freeze dryer, but they are so expensive so I will grow flowers and herbs for medicinal and culinary use. I make flower arrangements and wreaths, ect. from dried flowers that I grow myself. I can't make enough $ doing just that, so I want to also make herbal soaps and such and also sell perennials, herbs, and shrubs. Any grants that I would qualify for ?
