hi im a 15 y.o girl and my height is --> 163.5cm (5'4)

i want to be a runway/catwalk model ..

u think i can grow 3inch(atleast) or 4inch(the most)?

i grew 4 cm last summer.

--> oh and please any product (facial and body) that can help me go white again is tht i dont like my skin color (tan) anymore! thanks! something that really works please! i need it!!! <--


oh i have the body of a model just not the height! and i have pain sometimes on my knees.. you think i can get 170? ... or maybe more?


i had my 1st period when i was 11 7 days b4 turning 12 and i grew 4cm last summer (i had 15 y.o) and im almost 16..

i dont smoke and i dont drink alcohol or anything like that

Well, I heard that the best time to tan in the day is between 10:00am to 2:00pm, is this true? and does it help if you switch sides every 15 minutes?

during the winter my skin seems to get pretty dry i put mosturizer on it and then an hour or so later it will look dry again. any suggestions?

I can't understand why the light complexion tans! I mean I understand if you're pale like paper okay, but certain light skinned people have beautiful skin. Not even pigment like us darker-skinned. My cousin is fair-toned, like a beige. She has the nerve to tan. It's her buisness I'm not stopping her, but she has such a nice caramel complexion, why would you want to get darker, or try? It's not worth getting skin cancer right?

Well, the question pretty much says it all, but I was wondering also how quickly you got results and what the cost was per bottle roughly? I've been using the Clinique 3-Step plan and I don't feel that it's particularly made a difference - I have oily skin which can be prone to breakouts - so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have tried everything. To putting toothpaste on it, I put Oxy on it, I put stridex on it, and I wash my face. When will this stuff go away? I even cut back on chocolate! I cut back on caffeine. I have a pop every now and then. LIke Every two or three days. I drink a lot of water. What can I do to make this go away?

ok, i bite my nails alo, and i tlooks really bad. i have tried nemerous ways to stop, such as getting my nails done. as soon as they come off, i go biting again. i have tried that nasty nail polish, but it does npt faze me!! help, my naill slook like crap, and i am out of ideas!!!

mine is:


1. wake up at 6:00, hit snooze.

2. take a shower- 30 mins

3. wash my face - 5 mins

4. brush my teeth- 5 mins

5. get all my school stuff together- 10 mins

6. eat breakfast- 10 mins

7. put on lipgloss- 30 seconds

8. drive to school- 10 mins


so i get to school about 7:40-7:45 everyday without traffic....i hate driving to school

I just used NAIR hair remover and now my face is red and stinging/burning badly...real badly! What can i do to reduce the redness and reduce the pain? I have to go somewhere 2nite so i need some quick help...thanks in advanced!!!

I am in my 30's, and i am scared that i will look old and haggard by the time i am 50.....i refuse to ever have face lifts...i will admit that i have had quite a few sunburns in my life.....no one believes me when i tell them my age, they always say i look younger (which is a good thing) im just afraid of time catching up to me! what should i do?

I am a single mom with 1 son who is 13. Ever since the winter came around I felt he had dry skin on his entire body. Where we live the snow is packed and its very cold it, so thats probably what caused the dry skin. His skin almost feels like sandpaper its so bad.

I knew I had to get lotion, so I got Nivea Body lotion, its a new bottle easy to use and it is supposed to break down bad dry skin.

I give him short baths, and I tell him he has to apply lotion on his entire body after his bath right away. I only rub lotion on his back where he cant reach it.

But I noticed that the bottle of lotion is still just about full besides when I do his back, and his dry skin is still excatly the same and I found out he is obviously not even using lotion, his back has improved a little beacuse thats where I did it my self.

The next time I lotioned him head to toe and I thought after that he would want to do it him self. I don't know what to do anymore, please what I am to do?
