12 to 3 especially, you can turn every half an hour its fine and put some hawaiilian oil, you'll tan a LOT faster.. but make sure that your skin can take it cuz it accelerates it a lot.

10-2pm is the worst time to be in the sun. The rays are harmful at that time. I hope you use sunscreen because skin cancer and melanoma are at an all time high. Tanning also ages your skin.
Why not look into a self tanner. You can even visit a place like Hollywood tans and get the fake tan all over but it looks real.
Just telling you this for your own good. A good friend of mine was just diagnosed with melanoma and loved to get tan each summer. Good luck.

Whatever time of day when you want to use a self tanner or just be happy with the color that you were born with. Skin cancer is a major killer and tanning is one of the leading causes of death--why risk it? To achieve a healthy glow, try a bronzer and other makeup tips that steer you away from tanning and healthier living. Good luck.

to boot conserving your self out from the sunlight you may try lightening products that are infused with the two vit c or glycolic acid or kojic acid. yet make certain to apply a sunblock of spf 30 once you're exterior.Sunblock off the cabinets are oftentimes pore clogging. you may try getting them from attractiveness salons. Whitening products are extra helpful to be utilized in the process the night.
