Use lots of moisturizer. Get a face cleaning regimen started now. Do what is good for your skin type. Don't smoke. It ages you fast. So does drinking too much.

Drink lots of non-carbonated liquids so that you stay hydrated--especially people who smoke. If you smoke and don't get enough liquids, you'll be doomed. Also, buy a high potency Vitamin B and C. Get them from someplace reputable like GNC. Don't buy garbage vitamins.

Also, as an adult, neither sleep too little nor too much. In my view, the optimum amount of sleep is 7 hours for adults. Finally, buy a stationary bike (one of the recumbent ones where you can lean back)-it's the easiest and most accessible form of exercise. Over time, you'll be prone to use it more than any other piece of equipment because it takes little effort. You can pick a nice one up for $150-$200 maximum that has digital calorie counters to keep you motivated. Other than walking, you get the biggest payoff for the amount of effort and you can do it at home.

Gargle with hydrogen peroxide. It will keep your teeth white. Hold it in your mouth, let it bubble up. It will also keep you free of colds etc. because it kicks the hell out of bacteria. Yes, the little stuff in the $1.50 brown bottle that every mom and grandmom keeps around. The big companies like Proctor & Gambel et als. put it in fancy bottles, add one or two non-essential ingredients, and sell you the same thing for $8.00. Also, use some Firming Cocoa Butter lotion on your face after cleaning it with hydrogen peroxide --forehead, under your eyes and around your mouth.

Finally, take one aspirin per day for the rest of your life whether you think you need it or not.

You'll be around and looking good for longer than 99.9% of the population if you do these things.

One more word about hydrogen peroxide: After you gargle with it, look at your gums. The white bubbles will cling to where your gums are receding the most and, over time, will actually reverse the receding of your gums. It builds your gum tissue back up. It's GREAT for toothaches too--you could have a tooth hanging by a thread and it will reattach and the toothache will disappear completely in most cases. All hydrogen peroxide is, is water (H20) with one extra part oxygen (H202). It's the extra part oxygen that is so beneficial. The medical and dental community try to downplay its benefits because it can't be patented and drastically cuts into their $$$ because it is such a powerful and inexpensive substance that cures so many ills.

I am in my 36. I can say with confidence I am growing old gracefully. One tip I have not seen anyone give you in regards to specific topical skincare is EYECREAM, use every morning apply before your makeup, I do not have any lines around my eyes, which is where many people show the first signs of aging, I have used eyecreams for 14 years now. Second, Buy a good Exfoliater for your face, one a week, exfoliating the dead skin on your face is key, and will make you Glow ! Make-up, keep it natural looking , let's face it , we all need a little 'Glamour' in our lives, and we all look better with a little makeup. And finally, try to surround yourself with as many positive people/influences as possible, bitter/negative people bring us down, excessive stress ages any one. Good Luck, Happy new year.

"..By the time I am 50.."???? 50 is a very very nice age for a woman who is growing up happily, in good health and loving people around her. Some of the stars are nearly 50! How old is Madonna? Nicole ? Anyway, it is not secret that when you grow with no (much!) worries and you run a moderate life, eat sleep etc. properly, than you look at your best at any age. The trick is, be nice inside, feel nice inside and let it show!! Then, you will always glow!

Make sure you use sunscreen from now on. The sun will contribute to wrinkles. Use a good exfoliate which will remove the dead skin and keep your skin fresh. I use a gentle scrub every morning and once or twice a week I use Clinique's Turnaround 15 minute facial. It really makes my skin feel soft. Find a good moisturizer and eye creme for your skin type and use regularly. Keep yourself hydrated too by drinking lots of water and as mentioned earlier, don't smoke.

It relies upon. women folk who use numerous makeup and tanning beds and so on won't age gracefully in any respect! Their pores and skin will pass dishevelled and gaunt extra at as quickly as than predicted which i think of is why some people say adult men age extra gracefully, yet women folk who look after their visual charm with out being harsh on their pores and skin will age o.k.! adult men in maximum cases all do the comparable, lose hair on their head and get hair on their back and so on, i think of it relies upon on which form of woman you evaluate them to on no remember if adult men age extra gracefully!

Apply a lot of moisturizer and sunblock on your face and body. Always smile and be happy. My mom is 50 and people say she looks young. It's because she's always happy. My aunt says if you're always mad, you'll get old faster. Whiten your teeth if it's yellow. Apply a face cream to prevent wrinkles. Eat healthy and drink tons of water. Exercise.
