Add hot compresses to it, will reduce it but it probably won't be gone in a day.

Apply hot compresses, do not use cold tea bags or ice. The best thing is to run a washcloth under hot water and then put it in a zip lock baggie. when it cools off just repeat.

Medication from Walgreens (called Stye), ice bags and/or cold tea bags, and DON'T TOUCH IT!

Wash out your head with a sour cream and flush it after 20 minutes with plenty of water.

Tea bags I've heard work. i've also heard that rubbing a gold ring (has to be gold! not fake) on it will help it go down quickly
