I have acne prone skin too and would recommend either Cetaphil or Aveeno.

Hey Sweets!!
Aveeno products work really well and they are affordable... Try the oatmeal bath once a week and then use moisturizer (Body Quench by Olay works really well if you can't find something you like in the Aveeno series) right after you get out of the shower. You can also use a hydrocortizone cream on your skin. Check with your dermatologist because dry skin like that could be mild ezcema if that is the case they can perscribe a steroid cream to help your skin maintain moisture and keep away any itching and/ or flaking...
Hope this helps

I have extremely dry skin and I use Gold Bond for all over body moisturizer. It's wonderful. And it's great on the feet too! if you're only talking about your face then check into Clinique. I have very dry skin and it used to flake but since I exfoliate now and then moisturize with Clinique I don't have the problems anymore. good Luck!

Use cetaphil. It is amazing. I've used it for two years now and it hasn't let me down. After you wash your skin with ance medication and such it will always be dry. It dries out your skin, getting rid of the oil. Cetaphil isn't oily, it's perfect.

apply cod liver oil ...its really great for a dry skin like yours...apply during night....and wash up in the morning ...and petroleum jelly is also good when it comes to dry skin...apply before going to sleep...

all the best !!!

Cetaphil all the way. it doesn't clog your pores, and its fragrance free, so you don't get acne from it. i strongly recommend buying it with the Cetaphil wash also. the moisturizer comes with sunscreen so you can protect your face. (:
