and don't just tell me "well you can get anywhere pierced realy"
i know that, i mean the piercings that people gennerally ask for

I shave my head and I get ingrown hairs on the back of my neck where my collared shirts rub against my neck. I have one now and it hurts, and I would like to prevent this in hte future.

I just got a butterfly on my ankle this past Saturday. I have been cleaning it and putting the ointment on it. It is swollen and some of the ink is sort of rubbing off? I was just wondering is it suposed to do that? just wondering. Thanks

slanted eyes? perfect skin? big beautiful eyes? To my knowledge I think that Jennifer Lopez is the best looking hispanic female and Kate Hudson is the best looking white female. I'm 5'8" 140 lbs and I want to get a tattoo on my lower front torso. The lowest point of each will start about an inch in from the part of the hip bone that protrudes a little. The tattoos are each 5 in. tall and 2 in. wide. About how badly should it hurt?

I have been thinking a long time about getting a tattoo. I know exactly what and where I want it (a small cross on my wrist), my parents are actually okay with it, but I have a problem... I am only 17, and I live in California. Which states can you get a tattoo at 16 with your parents? By the way, if you are going to lecture me about how I shouldn't get a tattoo, then don't even bother answering... I am an honor roll student, a varsity athlete, and I live in one of the best towns in the nation, literally, so I couldn't care about people's judgements.

I went to a tattoo shop and looked through the tattoo books...i found an artist i liked that did really good jobs(clean lines, good designs). i went to the person whose name was on the book(person A), they designed my tattoo and everything..they did a beautiful design perfect drawing and everything, but i asked them to do my tattoo when i came back to the shop...but when i did more research, i found out that Person A is not who's work was in that book (probably a mix up). and tattoing isnt really their specialty, they pierce..Its the shop owner i think (Person B). how do i nicely ask to have my tattoo done by Person B instead?

Also, if you are really good at drawing the designs(Person A), does that mean you are also equally good at applying the tattoos?

Does Proactiv work that well? Does it burn your skin or is there any allergic reaction stuff? Would it make me break out more? Cause I haven't used it yet & I have oily, sensitive skin & break out now and then, so is it good to use or not? I need toknow before I buy it

I dont have any tattoos but I really want to get a full sleeve. My friend told me that I should get something small at first in case it hurts too much, but shes a sissy and I dont want something small. I know with a sleeve it will take several sessions but thats what I want. Should I go the wimpy route or just go balls out?

Im a light skin black girl and i have been told that light skin girls are prettier and that they dont date dark skinned black girls...I beg to differ i have seen some Beautiful Dark skin girls and i think that they can be just as pretty and its ignorant to think something so vein. Why is it a Wisconsin state law that you have to be 16 to get your nose pierced??? I can't understand why... because my 15 year old sister went to a tattoo/piercing shop to get a nose piercing, and they told her that it's a state law and you gotta be 16 to get it pierced. What I don't understand is... some 12 year olds have their noses pierced... and I don't understand how they can... because it's a state law to be 16 and all... Thanks!!

The original tattoo had the three hearts with the names in them. The top one is his wife and the bottom two are his daughters. 12 years later he is divorced from the wife and is getting re-married so he add's his fiance's name and her daughter's name.

Do they ask for I.D when they think you are under age?
Or do they ask for I.D every time you get something done?
For example: A 15 year old goes to get her tongue pierced
but she can pass for an 18 to 20 year old.. would they take her just
as how old she looks or do they just I.D every person?
