As bad as this sounds, go to a drug store or somewhere like walmart and get some cream called Bikini Zone. My brother used to shave his head and it helped him alot with ingrown hairs and irritation.

New York Day Spa advises that you shave in one direction only that's upwards. After shaving apply a moisturizer or vaseline to keep the skin soft so the when the hair follicles grow they don't get trapped under the skin. With your current ingrow hair that hurts, it probably turned into a pimple, so rub it with alocohol on cotton ball so it will break down slowly and also kill the bacteria.

You might want to get some body scrub or use a wash cloth on the back of your neck to help keep your pores clean. To treat your ingrown hairs, get an over the counter benzoil peroxide cream. Clean & Clear makes one called Persa Gel.

I used to get baaadd razor burn after shaving my pubic section--there is stuff at Wal-Mart (and that i'm specific that is carried at different merchants) referred to as Bikini Zone. that is quite low-priced and can be discovered interior the comparable accepted section by way of fact the tampons, pads, condoms, and so on. in case you place it on acceptable after a wax or shave, that is going to evade the ingrown hairs. i'm going to alert you that it does burn somewhat--no longer likely undesirable--regardless of the shown fact that that is nicely worth combating those horribly painful itchy ingrown hairs!! It worked for me--provide it a shot--yet another straightforward precaution in case you do no longer prefer to purchase that stuff is to apply alcohol. It won't paintings fairly much as good as that stuff--regardless of the shown fact that it does help ward off ingrown hairs some. regardless of the shown fact that it burns like a $%$#!!
