well i have two questions. i am getting a rosary around my ankle and the crusafix hanging onto the foot. i am shure i want greyscale. is this cliche? do you think is is attractive, and anybody who has an ankle tatt..how bad did it hurt. obviously everone has their own pain threshold but i would like to hea rother opinions

get that exactly how you want it, not what others think about it. it is your ankle. they hurt in that spot a little more than other areas

I have a tattoo EXACTLY LIKE THIS!! GREAT TASTE!!
I have a rosary around my ankle, with the cross on top of my foot. It is grey scale with birthstones on each tip of the cross. The birthstones are the only coloring.
AS far as the tattoo goes it didn't hurt too bad, it was like any regular tattoo location. Not too bad except for the area when the rosary chain went around the back of the ankle. That area was pretty sensitive, but luckily it did not take too long. But it was gone over a few times while getting the tattoo. You have the outline, the greyscale and then white highlighting. The top of the foot was fine but it scabbed worse then the other areas that I have gotten tattoos and I could not wear socks or shoes that covered the area for about a week. BUT not to say that would happen to you at all!

I badly sprained my ankle about 3 weeks ago. I was in a hurry going down the stairs, lost my balance and landed on a bad side of my left foot, causing my left ankle to be stretched going on the inside. The first 48 hours were excruciating and the pain was un-believable. I've never had a serious ankle injury before.
So I immediately treated it using the RICE method. The following day, the bruising and swelling were so horrible. I found out that I got a second degree sprain and immediately panicked after that. I had a football game on that week and it been looking forward to it because I've been training for rt. I had teammates that had similar injuries and it took them months to fully recover, some of them stopped playing altogether. So I kinda had a short-term depression because I can't imagine myself not being able to run and play sports anymore.
Because I was so desperate to recover again, I contacted a lot of people that I know who do sports and asked them if they had similar injuries. One friend of mine, from the boy's football team in my university, told me about H.E.M. Ankle Rehab. I got a copy 4 days after I got injured. I immediately read and followed what was instructed and felt improvement on the first day. I was able to walk a bit, but I was in pain.
A couple of days after that, the swelling and bruising were subsid-ing significantly and on the fourth day, I was walking comfortably again. Although I've had felt a bit of stiffness, I continued doing what was instructed. My sister was surprised that I have recovered this fast. I told her about this book and was shocked on how effective the procedures were. I'm just so happy that this book was shared to me and how effective it is.

That will look awesome around ur ankle. How bad does it hurt? Its not 2 bad and is bearable probably the most painful bit is around ur ankle bone.Good luck gettin it done i love the look of ankle tatts.

I think the one you are going to get will look good. I just got a butterfly on my ankle this past Saturday. It only hurt when he went over the bone. But it was definetly worth it.

I think it would be cute. I've seen them before and they look really good in black and grey. I have a tat on my ankle and didn't think it hurt that bad. But, mine doesn't go down onto my foot. I've heard that the foot hurts pretty bad, but I dunno.

that will be very cute i want the same thing but yes very cute and if u really want it then get it if it was me i would have gotten it but my aunt has something like that she said it didn't hurt as bad as she thought it would but it hurt!!!!!

My ankle tat didn't hurt at all.. it did swell though. Then again I always swell from tats :)
