1st use a self tanner such as clinique face tanner..... it will brighten the rest of your face to minimize circles under your eyes. then line your eyes, top and bottom with a dark brown liner, dust with powder to set liner. and put brown eye shadow over the eyeliner to soften the look and further set the liner.... end with alot of mascara on the top and bottom lashes!!! put a blusher or bronzer on your "t zone" across your forhead, and down your nose and chin, put blusher/bronzer also on theapples of your cheeks to draw attention away from the underneath of your eyes!!

Buy mild coloured eyeliner, like white or peach. White is extra harsh than peach; peach offers you extra of a normal glow. Apply it to your waterline. To make your eyes look bigger use eyeliner. And to make hte bags dissappear what i do is put cucumbers over my eyes for about a half an hour or unitl they are no longer cold and then put some biore moistureizer under my eyes. (and get more sleep) lol.

eye liner, dont put in directly on your eye lids, like where it closes up, put in under neather your eye where its your skin. dont make it bold i segguest get a smugger color itwill the eyeliner( any color) and rub the smugger around your eye as close to it as possible
