i am a little too young to be asking my mom for prenatal vitamins i am under fifteen years old so what other methods can i use ? i want my hair to grow fast because i am sick and tired of wearing animal or fake hair can i use normal vitamins or should i follow a special diet ? does plaiting my hair make it grow faster ? i really want to to style my own hair instead of a horse's it's really becoming embarasing

I was beaten up by a gang when i was 13 years old, they left me a little scar on my eyebrows. my school reporded that it's gang related to have a scar on your eyebrows but i can't grow hair their, + i am mexican so it can be gang related ( but i am not a gangsta). So, i had shaved my eyebrows and drew them, so that they will stop bothering me about me being a gang member. So, they still called me a gangster but not as much. do you think i shold just grow them back or keep it, which is better on a mexican?

Hello,

I'm currently wondering if there is a way to stop my hair on my head to stop growing fast. Usually I would wash it everyday with Head and Sholders. Then I would gel my hair using 'Brylcream Strong'. I usually have to cut my hair each week because it gets long to quick. I know im glad to have this hair but the growth rate is to fast, im 16 years old.

Does anyone know a sulotion that could help solve this? I spike my hair up, but I put gel all over my hair (head). When getting my hair cut I get a number 2.

I have wavy/curly hair that looks like I didn't even brush it sometimes. I really, really want it permanently straitened, but my mom says it will ruin my hair. Yeah, my friends say they want my hair (they have straight hair of course) and they say that you can't really do anything with staight hair except put it in a pony tail or braid it. I would rather not be able to do nothing with it except pony tails and braids, then have it look like crud all the time. What should I do?

My school is holding a school disco tomorrow. It will be my last disco in the school because i am 16 and am going to sixth form. Has anybody got really nice hairstyles/tips that i could have my hair in tomorrow at the disco? i really want my hair to look really nice. nothing too complicated mind. thanx. oh and i have longish hair. I have naturally wavy hair that after washing it, curls up quite nicely. I've been told by hairstylists when I go for a haircut or whatever, that I can keep these curls by not brushing them out and just putting curl activator or gel/mousse in and scrunching it. Well I purchased a curl activating spray from the salon and tried using it today; it worked ok but my hair still looked "unbrushed." It looked like I'd just gotten out of bed. How can I have my hair looking nice if I can't brush it?? I want to keep the curls, but if I brush it out, they just flatten out. Advice please?!

I am just plain stupid when it comes to hair care products. I know what shampoo and conditioner is for, but mousse, gel? I have a general idea of what the products are used for, but, I've NEVER been able to get the desired effect.

I have LONG, wavy frizzy hair. I love it straight. It takes forever to straighten it with a flat iron so 99% of the time, I don't ever mess with it. It's thick and thin throughout. I have been condemned to the same damn bun at the back of my neck for YEARS now. I'm really sick of it, but I really don't know what else I can do with my hair. If I try to put it up in a high pony tail, it is nearly impossible to get it right where I don't have the hair bumps. I have so much hair that i don't need anything that volumizes. Anti-frizz products haven't helped. I tried mousse once to try to enjoy my waves and it was just a sticky mess. How are these products supposed to work? I want to make my hair work in my favor. Ugh...

I have long hair. I am 5ft 10in tall and my hair is long enough that I can sit on it........
Problem is I'm getting tired of the upkeep, its a real witch to brush.
So here is the question.....Cut it or not? How short?....bald?
The only reason I keep it long is because of my hubby (who LOVES long hair) and my grown boys (they have memories of sleeping on mommies hair when they were little) and my youngest son is adament enough about the issue that he will help me brush it and he will trim it for me.....but I am just so tired of it.....
