Keep your hair shampooed regularly, keep the ends clipped to prevent split ends (major hair loss), and try to keep the heat (hot comb, blow dryer, curling iron, etc.) off of it as much as possible.
Sleep with a satin scarf or wrap. Avoid putting too many chemical's and dye's on your hair. If your hair has already been dyed... CONDITION CONDITION CONDITION.
Be careful of tight ponytails and braids that put a great deal of stress on the hair.
Don't OVERGREASE the scalp and hair. Just some light oil every now and then will do the trick.
Drink water!!!!! Plenty of water. And eat the right foods. Especially those rich in Vitamin E and Iron.
Drink Milk...or find a way to pump up the amount of calcium in your body.
All of these things will bring about a healthy head of hair...and in the end... hair growth.
Good Luck

Pre-natal pills work great but really maintain your hair by having it trimmed regularly, washed and conditioned is great for the hair.
Wrap it up at night with a silk scarf or a silk cap. Avoid using alot of heat on the hair like curling irons and flat irons.
Keep your hair well moisturized (don't over do it).
I wash and deep condition my hair once a week. Trim my hair every 2 to 4 weeks.
If you get your hair done professionally, get your hair set (rollers) as opposed to having it blown dry then styled.

First thing you need to do is buy a hair dressing that contains natural herbs, vitamins and minerals. Then message it in. This will help the blood circulate stimulating the hair follicles which promote hair growth. Do this at least two times a week. Limit your use of heated hair appliances, that cause the hair to dry out and become brittle and break off. Wrap up your hair nightly. Don't use rubber bands on your hair, they cause the hair to break off. Don't over comb and brush your hair, this causes the hair to stretch and snap off.
