I have been using vitamin supplements that I got from Healthy Hair Plus (healthyhairplus.com). I have also been using jojabo oil in the shower (I use it on my skin as well, and it has really helped my skin). I have emu oil, too, but I am never sure when to use it!! I use it at night because it makes my hair ridiculously oily, and sometimes I put some in a couple hours before I wash my hair in the shower. Is there a limit on how many vitamins or supplements you should take? I have a protein-enriched shampoo and conditioner, emu oil shampoo and conditioner, a follicle cleanse shampoo, and a follicle stimulator. Why do hot oil treatments work for the hair? Also, when should I put oils in my hair? When it is wet or dry? Should I leave them in or rinse them out?
