Vitamins you take internally will help your WHOLE body, not just target your hair. A healthy diet with lots of proteins and veggies is just as good. It's never a waste of time to take vitamins, just be SURE you're taking ones in a capsule form, not a tablet. Tablets don't dissolve and basically just go through you and are eliminated before they have time to take effect. Capsules dissolve in just a few minutes and are easily absorbed into your bloodstream.
Best thing to do for your hair is use good quality salon shampoos and conditioners and get frequent trims. Also, don't fry your hair with hot dryers and irons.

Yes hair vitamins do work. If your hair is having problems vitamins will help it grow healthier and possibly a little quicker depending on how deficient you are. I started using them and it has really made a huge difference in my thin fragile hair. It takes a good month to notice any results. GNC offers a really good hair vitamin.

I know that Biotin hair vitamins helps to maintain hair and healthy scalp. Ur healthy eating and the way that u take care or ur body and hair reflects in ur hair growth.

I use hair vitamins and they really work for me. My hair grew longer and fuller. My hair is much healthier. However, it depends what you use. Some products kill your hair. I usually go to the health food store and they have natural hair vitamins.

are you talking about pantene pro-v? where there are vitamins in the shampoo? its a waste of money. you want to buy professional products for your hair, they have the best ingredients. pantene just puts vitamins in the shampoo so you will buy their product because everyone knows that vitamins are good for you...

yes they make ur hair grow faster and nicer, also so type of pills the pregnant women take help, i no because when my step mom was pregnant she was taking them and her hair grew really fast and full
