hi, there is a great product on the market called KERASTASE
MASK NUTRITIVE MASQUINTENSE..The best thing you can do is that you leave it on your hair overnight then rinse it out in the morning.
You should have straightened your hair only once a week and use a special mucota oil for the ends before you iron it.
You should use organic shampoo and conditioner without SLS. It is very important, this chemical does nothing good for hair!!!!
Australian organics is very good, you can buy them in holland and barrett stores. it has quiet big bottles of shampoos and conditioners, they work really well. Wash your hair only every 5. day.
The best thing you can do is that you leave it on your hair overnight then rinse it out in the morning.
Worth a try, good luck!

I destroyed my hair about a year ago (bleach, heat, & dye) yet all I hear is how soft and silky my hair is. I fixed my hair buy trimming about an inch off the bottom and using Neutogena's Triple Moisture products. Theya re the beige bottles with orange caps. The shampoo and conditioner yeilded nearly instant results and the once-a-week Deep Recovery Hair Mask was unbelievable! I never used the hot oil but I hear it works great, too! Also, after every shower I put the Healing Shine Serumn in my hair. It's not pricey (around $6/bottle of product) and goes on sale a lot at places like Target or Wal-Mart. My hair feels fantastic...you would never know I burned the crap out of it!

Heat damages hair and makes it extra dry. Try washing your hair in cooler water and it will keep the moisture in. And don't use artificial heat to dry your hair, let it dry on its own and it will retain it's moisture. Also, too much shampooing can cause more dryness in your hair, so try an every-other-day approach if your hair doesn't get too oily. Any calm conditioner is good, conditioners are like moisturizers for the hair. The conditioners that nurture damaged hair with Vitamins are the best. You might even want to try taking some vitamins for that matter. Vitamin b6 is good and it will help your original hair color replenish its vibrancy. Vitamins A, O, and E work great for the overall health of your hair also. But keep in mind when taking vitamins, it's often best to take them in a complex variety such as Flintstones (yes, it works great for adults). Vitamins often depend on each other to be properly stored and used by the body. I hope that any of this has helped.

i have worked at a hair salon for a year now and had kinda the same problem. i suggest you use the line Pureology. it is best for hair color and has the best shampoo and conditioner called hydrate. you can feel the conditioner working, i swear youll notice a diffrence by the first use. they also have a hair mask the deep conditions. it is a bit expensive so for a cheaper option i suggest going to the supermarket and finding a moiturizing shampoo and buying a conditioner that says deep conditioning and leave it on for 3 minutes. Also try not to wash your hair too much. everyday is not good for dry hair. let your hair air dry instead of using irons and dryers on it.

i'd say you should use mild, non-perfumed, non-coloured shampoos, a non-perfumed conditioner every day, and once a week use an intense conditioning mask which you can get in any chemist or supermarket. watch that your hair doesn't start to get to oily though. if it does only condition every 2 or 3 days and do the mask once a week

I have a similar problem. I never dyed my hair, but it is so thin! If I strighten it once, it is ruined. Do not use shampoo everyday, just conditionar. use conditionar that is meant for dry hair, ask ur hairdresser, they will recommend something good.

use a very expensive salon conditioner...and don't ever bleach it or dye it for at least a year..because it severely damages and kills ur hair..brush it all the time too..leave in conditioner helps too..

I know you how feel. Mine tears off from so much blowdrying and straigthening. Don't blowdry your hair or straighten it as much as possible. Try a salon or hair product store. They'll help you out.
