Depends on what changes you've gone through.
Are you in a different climate? If it is humidity, you need a frizz-free serum. If you haven't had a haircut in a while you could need a trim to get rid of the excess split ends.

This may be due to some kind of build up. Hair starts behaving funnily when it is not clean. Use a clarifying shampoo, followed by a deep conditioner.

Try changing your shampoo and use a leave in conditioner. You could also try a hot oil treatment. Use less hair spray and chemicals that include alcohol. Alcohol in products can dry out your hair.

Try deep conditioning. You can use Cholestrol ( I think it is Sally Hansen). Put that in your hair, then wrap your hair in wax paper and then in tin foil. Use a hair dryer and heat up the foil. Keep it in for a half hour to an hour. Rinse it out and then style it as usual. I know it sounds weird, but it works.

If you're on any medications, check the listed side effects. Certain medications and illnesses can cause a change to the hair.
