so i just started dating this guy and he likes my hair as it is! its growing long! i cant stand it! i think i would like it better if it were straight, but its this big curly mess, and i hate it! is there any way without have to flat iron it that i can get it is go straight......please help me i am clueless!!!

I had highlighted my hair a month ago (it had lots of blonde & red), and I wanted to go back to my natural color, which is a dark brown. So I just colored it with a semi-permanent color and it turned out almost black!! I dont know what to do. It is already double-processed, and dry. If I keep shampooing it all day, do you think it will lighten up by this evening. I look like a vampire!!

what is with the whole 'blondes are idiots' thing?? it's starting to get really annoying. the jokes aren't so bad (some are actually funny), but when i'm having a conversation w/ somebody and they say something like 'oh, i'm sorry, was that too deep for you?' i feel like taking a dull knife to their face! i'm blonde and i have a 4.0 GPA and 2nd smartest in my class.

I am a junior bridesmaid at my uncle's wedding and i don't have any idea of what hairstyle I should have. My hair is mid-back length, curly, medium-ark brown with medium blonde highlights. Here's a link 2 the dress..i dont know if that would help tho.

I am 15 and I constantly having problems doing something to my very curly hair. It sticks out when I go a pony tails and it goes all bushy. I have tried doing layers... But it didn't look right. Are there any hairdoes, not haircuts, but hairdoes that are quick and simple and look nice with curly hair, shoulder length?

I don't have a lot of time to get ready in the morning, and apart from that, I'm just plain lazy. I love straight hair, but I simply don't know how to accomplish that kind of look without spending a ton of time on my hair in the morning. Can someone out there please give me some tricks or techniques to try to get my hair super straight, and more importantly, have it stay that way for the remainder of the day?

I own a straightener, but it's cheap. I am a poor college student after all!

I ask for a fade 2, shaved side and back, keep sides straight.. sort of like a flat top.. and no egg-head shaped cuts please! Only two out of 20 or so barbers i've visited in my state have managed to get it right. Why is that? btw, i hate supercuts...

Ok, basically I have naturally medium brown hair, with lighter golden brown/blond highlights which I've had done twice, and am now growing out, as they aren't TOO noticable apart from in bright sunlight. I was wondering if I can use one of those rinse/temporary hair dyes on it (the type which last around 8 washes), in a colour close to my natural shade...

On all of the packets it seems to say "do not use on bleached/highlighted hair", would it really mess my hair up that much? Especially as I only want to go a few shades darker than I am already. My hair's in pretty good condition, but I'm growing the highlights and they sort of start an inch or so down my hair now, I don't want them to turn some dodgy color, or frazzle my hair. Ayudame por favor!
