I ask for a fade 2, shaved side and back, keep sides straight.. sort of like a flat top.. and no egg-head shaped cuts please! Only two out of 20 or so barbers i've visited in my state have managed to get it right. Why is that? btw, i hate supercuts...

I am a stylist of 10 years and I have no Idea what your question is! So of course you dont get the right cut!! I someone gets it right why dont you go back? stick to the barber/stylist who got it right the first time!!! Communication is the key!!!

I'd say " A couple layers, shorter in the back and keep the side burn area longer so in fits into a pony tail," and I have two hair dressers you have to have a back up.

Sometimes it helps if you take a picture of a hair cut you like, it often helps the hairdresser know what to head for.
