I am a junior bridesmaid at my uncle's wedding and i don't have any idea of what hairstyle I should have. My hair is mid-back length, curly, medium-ark brown with medium blonde highlights. Here's a link 2 the dress..i dont know if that would help tho.

I'm not a pro or anything...but from your description of your hair, & seeing the dress, I kinda picture something in an upsweep, or loose French roll, with ringlets hanging down to frame your face.
I doubt that makes any sense; but I can picture it in my mind! LOL!!
I'm sure you'll be lovely...

If you are a junior bridesmaid, then you are young. Leave it mostly or all down. Get a cute clip or barrette that matches the dress. Pull it back on one side or the front. It sounds like you have beautiful hair, be happy to show it off leaving it down.
Don't try for an up-do. Standing next to the older bridesmaids, it will only make you look younger, not older.

Leave it mostly down -- use a glitterly bobby pin (you can get one with crystals on them from Wal-Mart) to just pull back one side or pull two pieces back to the center of your head and attach with a barrette. Anything you do will look great though -- you might even want to check to see what the other bridesmaids are doing, some brides like the hairstyles to be consistant.

you can wear your hair up or down with this dress make sure that the hairstylist is good with long hair some times it is better if you do your hair simple look on line to get some ideas first and print them or yet a mag with a hairstyle you like and take to the stylist with you that is a very nice dress I am sure you will look beautiful that day

see how the other bridesmaids are going to do their hair. if not, then if the bride has her hair in an updo then wear your hair down and vice versa. because you dont wanna take too much attention away from the bride. but some good hairstyles would be maybe a side ponytail on your neck.

I would go with an up-do. Maybe take a picture of the dress to a hairstylist and see what they would suggest.

Usually, that is too long for me. I think it depends on the guy as well as his face though. Certain guys may pull off long hair and other folks can't.
