At my office its casual every day...

Everyone is usually in jeans with a tee or just some khaki pants with a tee/casual full sleeve shirt.

I am the only girl at my offfice so I am a bit confused abt wht to wear. I wear jeans....n I pair it up with a full sleeve shirt which I usually roll up to my elbows...n wear covered business casual black shoes...else a tee with jeans n flip flop sandals...

I just feel that I should dress for the job I want....I would like to wear business casual...does that include jeans?

Can any one suggest something?

Ive wanted a tattoo for a long time, and my birthday is coming up on the 17th and Im finally gonna do it.
Im planning on getting a small tattoo on the back of my neck, right below the hairline.
My parents arent thrilled about the idea and its not like Im trying to hide the tattoo from them, but rather I dont want it to be in their faces. Basically, if they dont notice, the better. Anyways, Im going home for Thanksgiving (Nov. 22) and I was wondering if I would be able to keep my hair down so they dont see it.
I was told that you have to keep your hair up and the area clean so it can heal. I would obviously keep it clean and put some sort of gel to keep it from rubbing, but is Thanksgiving too soon to put my hair down? This is a first tattoo so please excuse the naivety to the subject. How do you go about caring for a tattoo after you first get one?
Honestly, what's the pain factor?
Any insight would be much appreciated..

ok i want a pair of green , black and white nike dukns and ive looked everywhere but i cannot find a pair matching my criteria...

a friend told to to customize a pair on nike.com which amounted to about $125 bucks..so im wondering if i should buy those or if anyone can point me in the directing of a green colored nike DUNK...

I just turned 18 and im looking into getting my first tattoo. The inspiration of the tattoo is the passing of my grandmother on christmas day due to cancer. Im looking at 2 angel wings with her initials inbetween the bottom of the wings with a banner about the wings that reads "You Shall Live With Me Forever"

Will they do a tattoo on my upper back just below the neck if its my first tattoo? Will there be a lot of stretching to that area that will affect the appearence of the tattoo?

ANY HELP IS GREAT. ALSO, any ideas on what else i could put in the banner that might be shorter?

...why are they made with "A" cups? Is much support needed for breasts of that size? Do not get me wrong, I think the smaller the better, I really do!! I would just like to know the other reasons for wearing a bra if you are an "A" cup. Please do not tell me that it is to make your chest look like it is larger. I think a woman is naturally beautiful especially with a smaller chest.

i used garnier nutrisse about 2 months ago. so far, it has not faded, buti want to dye it again. for about a month or longer i have been good to my hair. i wash and blow dry every day, but i dont iron it anymore, i use frizz ease serum and aspecial conditioner. i put it back in the morning so the wind doesnt make it dry. do you think it is safe to dye it again. ive heard of 4-5 weeks for permanent color and i am wondering if this is true. thanks.
