open to many ideas, but what cute hair color/cut would look really good on me?

im wanting to buy a new perfume, as I am running low on the stuff I have just now.

I like light, fruity smells.

right now I have Escada sunset heat, which is really nice but i fancy a bit of a change.

any suggestions on a nice perfume?

I normally wear slim fitting jeans and a low cut or close fitting top or sweater to go out, but I am getting bored! I usually avoid skirts and dresses simply because I cannot wear high heels. Can you suggest something new that I can wear flats or low heeled boots with? Also, I live in Chicago so it's starting to get cold... anyone who sends outfit pics will have a higher chance of getting best answer! :)

Okay so pretty soon i'm going to get my hair done and im gonna get bleached blond highlights in it..then 2 or 3 weeks later i wanna use a semipermanent crazy color on the blonde strands...will it ruin the blonde or be fine when it washes out?
