I have straight hair and i want it like that. I want to be able to make my hair like that without going to a salon or getting it permanent. Does anyone know how i can get it like that without going to a salon? i wanna do it myself.

Braid your hair then wet (mix water with a little conditioner) it with a spray bottle, then when your hair is dry pull the braids out without a comb, use your fingers only. It won't look exactly like that but close enough, the ends may be straight as well. If you or someone else can do cornrows, that will work as well.

Another great way to have the temporary waves you desire is to make several individual braids all over and then either roll your hair on small rods or foam rollers overnight. It will be really nice and throughout the day the curls will become looser and be more manageable. The best product to put on it when you braid it is a small amount of protein gel. This works on any grade of hair, trust me, my sister owns a salon in Florida and has several clients that do not have any chemicals in their hair. Oh yeah, if you cannot wait overnight, then wet your hair before you braid it, and sit under a dryer with the rollers. You will get the same results.

You have the tools you need right at your fingertips...use your fingers!! Get a styling product for curly hair (look for scrunch, wavy, etc in the name) Spray or distribute in damp-but almost dry hair. Tip: If you put any product in wet hair it gets diluted and doesn't do the job.
Spread your fingers apart. Loosely weave sections of your hair back and forth between your fingers, making a wave pattern. Clamp your fingers together. Tiny sections will give you lots of small waves, bigger sections will give you larger, looser waves. Being careful not to burn your hand, use your blow dryer on a low setting, dry and set the waves into your hair. Starting at your scalp and as the hair dries, moving down the section of hair to the ends, dry your hair. Continue all around your head until all your hair is completely dry. Do not comb or brush your hair. Loosely separate the waves with your fingers. Lightly spritz with hairspray and you should be set to go! The secret is controlling where the air from your dryer goes. Do not whip your dryer around madly. Make sure your hair is really truly dry. It takes some time and practice but the results are fabulous. Good luck!

Go to your local mart and pick up a set or two of foam rollers. They will have small(usually blue) or large (usually pink) ones, use the large ones for wavy curls. If you have alot of hair you will need two packs of them, but they are really cheap. Wet your hair with a spray bottle of water. Damp is good, soaked won't work (too tight a curl). Sleep in them or use hair dryer and dry hair while in curlers. Take them out and viola big curls. This works way better than hot rollers and large barrel curling irons. If too much of a pain, try a large barrel curling iron the curls will not last as long, but it is quicker.

I'd say you should 1st off get a really good Hair spray to keep your curls/wavy hair in tact. Is really recomend Garnier Fructis Hairi-sprays. And their curling mouse really works great!

Next I'd say you curls your hair with a curler and use 2 types. One that makes big curls and another that makes smaller curls. Get it really curly. After get a brush that is spiral shaped and brush it through. Then use the Hairspray. Comb it through repeatedly while applying hair spray. And that will leave you with long bouncy full curly/wavy hair.

And to be perfectly honest I wouldn't recomend this for everyday use. The heat from the hair products will really damage your hair overtime.

Use large Velcro rollers. Place them in the hair, spray with hair- spray after each roller. Leave on the hair for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Remove and Do Not Brush. Use your fingers to spread and separate the curls. Spray lightly again with hairspray. You can also use a thermal spray in place of the hairspray. You must apply heat, to activate the curls with a thermal spray. Again separate with fingertips and spray lightly with hairspray.

there are many ways to do this. the most natural are to do two tight braids in your hair or one tight twisted bun. The braids are more comfortable. just sleep with the braids or bun and when you wake up, put your hair down, add a little hairspray and done.
another way would be using a curling iron but it is harder takes time and can damage your hair.

They have those plug ins that you can buy at target a flat iron. And some hairspray and mouse.
I went to supercuts for styling that is what they did for ten dollars when I went dancing. Save a bit!

Get some really good shampoo and make sure you are on a good diet too.

The easiest most efficient way is to use mouse..

It'll only take a few mintues. Right before you go somewhere, dampen your hair. Then squirt some mouse in your hand and just scrunch up your hair in your hands re appying mouse where needed...

p.s. your picture doesn't work....
