Recently , an adult acquaintance referred me to Fred Meyer's Jewelers. He was kind enough to talk to the manager and put in some good words for me. I will be interviewing there in a couple days. I dont know much about jewelry. Does anybody have some basic knowledge about jewelry that will help me be more prepared for the interview?

I wasn't raised wearing it. My parents never said anything was wrong with it, they just didn't want me to grow up too fast. After I got to 10th grade, I was glad I never did. I started hearing girls say that they wouldn't dare go out of the house w/o wearing it. They wouldn't let their close friends see them w/o it. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with it. I think it's cute, but I don't think women should be so dependent on it. I think women should be secure enough that they can go w/o it some days. I mean, there are women out here who truly have natural beauty, but they don't think they're pretty so they keep wearing it. Believe me, I'm not all that great, but I don't want to have be bound to makeup because I'm scared of what people, particularly men think. I know all women don't feel this way when they wear it so I'm not talking to everybody. Women are strong creatures and it hurts me to know that some are scared to go out in their natural beauty. Sorry if you don't agree.

does it annoy you that they only put certain colors of a style of jeans or shirts on sale. like its the same shirt but different color and their prices will be different because the "uglier" one will be cheaper.
and also, they dont have size 00 in-stores. and they sizes i wear either dont go on clearance or they run out of them all the time.
idk. this is why i probably shouldnt shop there anymore.

well, the thing is, i'm hideous. really i am. i don't want answers like "it's what's on the inside that counts" because i've heard it all before.
i want someone to answer my question, maybe if you are a doctor to give me some advice.
i don't want loads of surgery to look like a trout- i think i am going for lip reconstruction, neck lift, eyelid lift and possible a nose job. am i allowed at the age of 17, even if i have the correct money?? i will pay loads more.
also, anyone know any good surgeons? money is no object- i only want the best, no cheap back-alley jobs please!
i am serious. i've tried everything to make me prettier- ive started smoking to loose weight, and even done cocaine to loose weight. now i'm thin, i'm still ugly.

also, i don't want loads of people to comment. obviously they will notice the change. how can i shrug of the comments? and let people know i've had surgery without souding weird?

well thanks for your time.

Supposedly to hide "panty-lines"... But I can still tell sometimes when a girl's wearing a thong because of panty-lines. G-strings seem to be what hides panty-lines... So why thongs?

What sort of jobs are available at a tatoo shop? Obviously there are the tattoo artists, but what else goes on behind the scenes to make a shop work? I'm very interested in working in a tattoo shop, but I have no art skills. I just love the works of art and the people!

Hi guys, My son is one of 3 kids in Essex area to be nominated as a potential winner, its for work experience and to honour him for his hard work and his masive experience gained thanks to the local garage that he works and learns at since last year when he was 14.

His school contacted me to tell me of him being nominated, and that he will be representing hs school and his bosses at the garage he works at.

I was asked if me and my wife and 2 sons will come to a special presentation ceremony to be held in some snooty place at newmarket racecourse.

I am in no way snooty, I am working class but now disabled, but if I had it my way I would wear my T-shirt, shorts and trainers, but I have to wear a darn suit and dickie bow tie, and so has my son. Only problem is my wife, she like me cannot stand all this hoo ha stuff but its for my son afterall and I am very proud of him, It may finish round midnight and is being televised. So for my poor wifewhat type of dress does she wear?

My hair is almost down to my butt. I am going into 8th grade. It is a light brown with natural dirty blonde highlights. It is all one length. I need some new ideas for going back to school. I want either ways to cut it or ways to style it. Links would be helpful. : )
