Supposedly to hide "panty-lines"... But I can still tell sometimes when a girl's wearing a thong because of panty-lines. G-strings seem to be what hides panty-lines... So why thongs?

Theres nothing I hate worse than regular panties riding up, and having to constantly "pick" at them when I get out of the car, or bend over, or whatever. Thongs don't ride! They stay right where they need to be and are much more comfortable than regular panties. Unless a thong states on the label that it is seamless, it is not meant to hide lines....their main purpose is to keep you from having to pick at your pants all the time! Oh, and G strings are extremely uncomfortable! By the end of the day of wearing one, you feel extremely sore.
BTW, thongs really don't show through jeans and regular pants. Unless your pants are pretty much skin tight on your rear, they won't show. Also, where they would show, most times your shirt will cover it up.

They are much more comforable. Unless your wearing spandex or something you shouldn't be wearing, a thong won't show. G-string thongs are better for hiding lines. Old Navy makes great thongs that are smooth enough to be discreet.

They are comfortable and give some breathing room. And it is primarily for doing away with the panty-line.

i use to wear thongs but not any more cause
there be in my *** and it bothers but to tell u the true
i when i wear thongs before i never use

i couldnt tell u hy women wer them, but i wear thm cause they are sexy, girls love em', and the are comfy
