How would one be able to find a reputable doctor and what is the best to be expected as well.

take a look at Joan Rivers sometime, the woman is in her mid 70's and doesn't look over 40 thanks to a good plastic surgeon

In fairness, plastic surgery has helped if not millions, thousands of people with cosmetic deficiency. But where do you cross the line between, making yourself look better, and doing it because of pure vanity? My take on this is if there are blemishes because of unnatural or natural causes and not due to age, then by all means, get a plastic surgery. But if you just want to look better because age is starting to show, why conceal nature taking it's course? I think, we were meant to get old and look old as time goes by. We just got caught up in the crude mentality that looking better is by pretending to look younger.
