I really like Pantene Pro-V Deep Conditioning Treatment. Its only $6 at the grocery store, and it works as well as the more expensive brands.

I also have frizzy hair and I straiten it a lot and dye it I however don't put in a lot of hairspray and gel. I use the Garnier Fructis system, shampoo, conditioner, deep conditioner. But if you have thin hair I would suggest Herbal Essences

Biolage Conditioning Balm by Matrix is the best, you can probably get a really good deal on it on ebay. With what ever conditioner you do buy, put it on first thing when you get in the shower and leave it on till your done and rinse it off with cool water. Hot water will open the pores on your hair strand and cold water will seal the conditioner in.

Sounds like your are trying to go Bald.
You are drying out your own hair with dyeing your hair too often, and using hair spray and gel all the time.
No matter what conditioner you use you will always have dry hair if you keep going like you are now.
By straightening your hair it take a hot iron and that dries the hair and causes split ends, it can also burn your hair after awhile.

Keep going the way you are and you should be Bald by 30.

Pantene and VO5 will not do anything but coat your hair with wax, leaving it in the same condition that you started in. Get a salon product, like Biolage Conditioning Balm, or Aphogee- Intensive Keratin Reconstructor (its at Sally's). As for your hairspray and Gel, maybe try using less of them and finding a product with less alcohol.

if you dont mind spending about $50, these two treatments work wonders!

pureOlogy's hydracure
&
pureOlogy's nanoworks

they are $50 each, but you don't need both of them; just pick one. the nano works makes your hair stronger and healthier and has anti-aging ingredients that will turn back the clock on all that gel and dye you've used on your hair.

the hydracure gives you unheard of moisture and kicks frizz. both of them only take 5 min in the shower!

Go to your salon and ask for a Malibu treatment. That is what my daughter has done for her hair. When my hair or my scalp feels too dry, I just put regular lotion on my head. Then wash and condition as usual. It makes my scalp feel relieved and my hair nice and soft.

Try VO5's hot oil.
It's just like a conditioner and you put it on wet hair straight out of the bottle, leave it for a minute or so and wash it out. I think it's the best product for making your hair feel soft.
